Tiered residence

Along this part of the coastline, north of Valencia, the agricultural industry of the coastal plain comes to a halt 300 m before the sea, freeing up a strip of land served by the road, which forms a quasi-continuous built frontage. Located at the tip of the vast Peñíscola beach, this very Californian residence is set back from the road. Its enclosure, which combines low rustic walls and hedges, provides quite a private outdoor space, at beach level, around which the apartments are distributed. Each of them benefits from a small terrace shaded by Persian blinds and a retractable awning. The very graphic lines, the combination of rustic and mannered elements, and the black metal shop shutters lend this construction an elegant modernist appearance.
