Pastoral lots

Each module is composed of two studios grouped around a service hub comprising a kitchenette and a bathroom, lit up on the rear facade. Low dry-stone walls topped by a cement course provide terracing and support the pathways which provide access to each module from the road. Adapting to this sloping strip of land, the modules are laid out according to a principle of horizontal and vertical offsetting, giving each of them unbroken views. The density of vegetation diminishes the proximity of the studios, and the homogeneity of the landscaping (low walls, plantations, pathways) accentuates the sense of a constructed landscape.
