Our office, in collaboration with Sergison Bates, won the competition for a mixed-use development within the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul compound, in the heart of the 14th arrondissement. The program, which includes a hundred collective housing, an emergency accommodation center, and 1,500m² of business premises will be developed in a coordinated approach with the other projects of the compound (Lelong, Petit, Pinard and Denfert lots).
The project designed in timber structure and with a self-supporting brick facade, aims for BBCA-excellent and bio-sourced level-3 certifications, and will comply with the triple zero objective defined for the ZAC (0 carbon / 0 waste / 0 discharge).
