Beached house

Approaching the Turkish border, the coastal occupation is gradually transformed into a landscape which appears to be a broken realisation of Andrea Branzi’s utopian projects for a dispersed society. An avatar of modernist visions, Voisin houses and other mass-produced homes, this little house on wheels seems to have arrived at its destination. Closer to a survival module than a vehicle of poetic and hedonistic nomadism, this minimal habitat nonetheless proposes a light and reversible means of occupying the land.
